Not Received my Order

Got fitted and ordered a set of hot metal jpx 921 on 1/19/22. Was told it would take 2-4 weeks. In week 5 was told by Golf Galaxy they could not get ANY information about my order. Internal computer system was down. Still waiting to hear. They took my money, but no merchandise.

Havent received my 1-6-22 order. Its been a month of waiting when Mizuno claim of a 10-14 day turn around.

Haven't received my 1-6-22 order.

I was fitted for Mizuno 921 hot metal irons with Recoil ESX 460 F3 64 gram R shafts on 1-6-22 by Nick Becerra at Duffys Golf Studio, 2928 W Bay Drive, Belleair Bluffs, FL 33770. I have not received my order yet.

My st200 cracked on the back of the head not the face my swing speed is high but under 120 I have had this drive less than a year it should not have failed I belive this may have been a defect

User's recommendation: Check swing speed an see if product will hold up.

Filed a claim on 8/19/2021 and haven't heard anything back from anyone

I purchased a bat 9/2020 and filed a complaint on 09/19/2021 have not got a response back from my file I submitted. The bat is cracked can not use it.
